Deodexed ROM
Boot.img: insecure boot and abd, system partition RW
Removed all chinese applications
Added Pico GAPPS (+ Youtube and Gmail)
Added apps: Xposed, Gravitybox, Titanium Backup, Mobileuncle MTK Tools, Busybox
Viper4Audio EQ and V4A audio driver
Apollo and stock music player
Fixed: APN list
Ad blocking by host file
ROOT : Settings -> Security
Settings mods:
Added: Call settings, YGPS to Location settings, WriiteIMEI app and Engineer Mode to Developer options
Defaults: Wifi Network Notifications – OFF, Battery percentage – ON, Unknown sources – ON, Verify apps – OFF, Default write disk – External SD, Smart Wake/double click to wake – ON, C to awake camera – ON
Backup & reset / Factory data reset and DRM reset – DISABLED

If you are using Xposed, and the statusbar show 2 battery icon
Use this fix: SystemUI-Xposed_Comp.rar
This mod totally hide original battery icon and percentage
Copy modded SystemUI.apk to \system\priv-app\ folder and overwrite the original apk
Add 644 right to file
Reboot

Xposed, Gravitybox, Titanium Backup, Mobileuncle MTK Tools, Busybox …where is this apps?? I instal this rom but I don’t see the apps
installed on jiayu s3 2GB (basic):
flash TWRP-v2.8.6.0_recovery from needrom with flashify
reboot in recovery with Android-Terminal-Emulator 1.0.70 by jackpal: commands: su (enter) ; reboot recovery (enter)
Wipe: Factory Reset; this wipes wipes Data, Cache and Dalvik
Install: installed select JY-S3_Basic_20150430_<od_by_Gab.zip from folder /external_sd (SD card, first partition, Fat32)

@philhpmoris31 All apps are now present and seem to be working. I haven't met any problems, but a lot of functions were not tried yet by me.
Oops, I forgot: Thanks go to Gabor, who seems to have made a good ROM. This deodexed ROM has Xposed so that one can install the XPosed modules.

I'm new to this, so please help!
My S3 (2gb) got infected and a factory reset didn't help. Received message that new version was available, so I downloaded and asked to proceed to install. Now phone will only boot into TWRP.
Can someone please tell me which standard rom to use and how to install it? Bear in mind that I can only boot to TWRP
Official for 3gb please?
custom roms are giving me LOADS of TROUBLE and I am starting to get sick of them.
