For those with version 3.20 or higher installed
nstallation steps: simply
1-copy the downloaded ROM to the SD memory phone.
2- format factory in TWRP recovery
3-install version 3.83
4-reboot system
5-if you install an ad is super user, install and reboot
5-turn off the phone and start recovery mode
6-gapps install lollipop
7- wipe cache and dalvik cache
8-reboot system
9-Done!
NOTE: if you receive a message Super SU is not installed completely follow the installation steps that says the phone and appears ready

bugs: 4G/LTE does not work properly when they are activated 2 sim cards
With one 4G Sim card works perfect.

Installation Requirements:
1-root access
2-Having nubia UI 3.2 installed, if you have an earlier version installation will not work.
3-Recovery 2.8.3 PLUS
4-80% battery
Installation steps:
1-copy the downloaded ROM to the SD memory phone.
2-wipes do all the recovery TWRP 2.8.3
wipe data
wipe system
wipe cache
wipe Dalvik cache
3-then go into install and install nubia UI 3.12 and later install Nubia UI 3.83
5-to wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
6-restart
7-configure your phone home
8-boot back into recovery mode and install gapps lollipop
9-wipe cache and Dalvik cache and finally restart normally.

Con unsa sola Sim card funciona 4G perfecto.
Hacer un Respaldo o copia de seguridad de su sistema antes de intentar instalar cualquier ROM

Requerimientos de instalación:
1-Acceso root
2-Tener nubia UI 3.2 instalado, si usted tiene una instalación versión anterior no funcionará.
3-Recovery 2.8.3 PLUS
4-80% de la batería
Pasos para la instalación:
1-copiar la ROM descargada en el teléfono de memoria SD.
2-hacer todos los wipes en el TWRP recovery 2.8.3 Wipe Cache, Wipe dalvik Cache, Wipe Data y Wipe System
3-luego entrar en la instalación e instalar nubia UI 3.12 y posteriormente instalar Nubia UI 3.83
5-Wipe Cache, Wipe dalvik Cache
6-reinicio
7-configurar su teléfono
8-arranque de nuevo en modo de recovery e instalar gapps lollipop
9-Wipe caché y caché de Dalvik y finalmente reinicie normalmente.

Hola, como estás? te comento el problema que tengo, me deja instalar solo la UI 3.2, pero cuando quiero actualizarla me tira error. Al instalar la UI 3.2 el telefono queda con android 5.0, anda todo perfecto, pero no funciona el 3g, ni 2g, no tengo conexión de datos. Soy de Argentina
entra a bbs.nubia.cn y busca las versiones oficiales de instalacion hasta la 3.2.
las versiones de android 5.0 para Nubia Z7 mini vinieron con muchos errorers en la señal!
intenta instalar una version de UI anterior a la 3.2 o 3.12 y ve actualizando desde ahi!
