The recovery works! But you have to delete the /system/recovery-from-boot.p to get it work. If you need more advice to do that use google.

YES. You can take the factory firmware.
It works but you must delet the boot_recovery.p file in /system
/system/recovery-from-boot.p not boot_recovery.p
