   I used Sp flash tool with scatter file and also used adb fastboot methods but to no avail.
   Please any help?

   1. Unlock the bootloader with this command: fastboot flashing unlock (or you can try unlock-go)

   2. with unlocked bootloader use this command to flash it: fastboot flash recovery xxx.img (xxx is mean the name of this TWRP)
