UNPACK RAR in A FOLDER
1- With flashtool load MT6735P_Android_Scatter-TWRP
2- Select download and connect smartphone to pc (smartphone must be powered off)… in few seconds will start the process and the new TWRP will be flashed.

what is the difference apart from a higher version number? why should we upgrade to the new version?

Do you have the TWRP for lastest K10000 ROM OUKITEL_K10000_V4.0_20160418. I tried this and https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....ad/k10000-twrp/ but they are not compatible with lastest ROM. Thanks.
