Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6750_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
Unzip the firmware file http://www.7-zip.org/
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I'm from Latvia. The same problem with network. This ROM was recommended by Outkitel support. I installed drivers mentioned above. I took Win7x64bit as it was the newest possible driver for Win10 64bit. SP Flash Tool 5 failes with "ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0xC0060003)".
Any ideas? Is there anyone who succesfully installed this ROM? Did it solve the problem with network?
Have you seen this post https://4pda.ru/forum/index.ph.....0#entry62889102 ? It looks like there is something to with contact of coaxial cable for antenna or so. Did sb try to open cover to check it?
Tried also Win10 drivers: https://forum.xda-developers.c.....-32-64-t3267033 . No success. The error 0xC0060003 still appears.
I managed to install the ROM, but it didn't solve the problem. Still no network connection.
It seems the problem is with an antenna cord. I checked it and it turned out it is torn. Now I'm waiting for the new cord from Outkitel. In my case the situation is similar to a one described here: https://forum.xda-developers.c.....-32-64-t3267033 .
The only difference that my cord was torn at the bottom, not at the top.
Flukky can u describe pls the procedure step by step how u flash this stock rom on oukitel k10000 pro. and if anyone else knows. pls write it down. thx in advance!

Maybe it is obvious but I wonder if it would be too difficult to remove those totally useless "Install ROM" instructions and clearly specify that you have to use the SP Multi Port Download Project program.
Moreover, it would have been interesting to explain the few steps required to use that program (generating the .ini file, use the proper scatter file, do the correct scan sequence, and so on). I mean I could have saved at least a day …
If tomorrow I have some free time, I will write exactly what I did hoping to help somebody else.
Does it solve the data roaming bug? I had this phone, was able to use it in Germany, but when I was on vacation, I was not able to connect to the internet. Only phone calls and text messaging worked for me. The "allow roaming" setting was without any functionality. Called T-Mobile several times until we figured out it was not a problem of their system and not a setting which was wrong, it simply was a bug in the firmware. So I switched the device and used my sim in another phone and then I had an internet connection. The strange thing was that it was connected to the 4G network
I also checked the APN. By the way, I was in Iceland

If u want guys to remove all the uneccesary APS. When u flash the new ROM and after u root the ROM then flash pico gapps from gapps.com I think and all the necessary apps will be deleted. Pm me for more information if u find any problem with anything.
