Known bug:
fingerprint doesn't work.

Attention:
Pls follow the instruction shown on the snapshot, choose the "Firmware Upgrade" option to flash rom.

 

 

 

 

PAY ATTENTION, Seems to be a RISK of IMEI's loosing after flash.. Do a backup with TWRP for Android 5.1 of NVRAM  and/or Mobileuncle 64 and use TWRP for Android 6 to restore imei's

Fix the missing IMEI

1. Flash Android 6
2. Root your phone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67726031&postcount=56 )
3. install android terminal and type: SU (press enter and grant root permissions)
4. Write this: echo 'AT+EGMR=1,10,"IMEI2"' >/dev/radio/pttcymd1 AND PRESS ENTER
5. Write this: echo 'AT+EGMR=1,7,"IMEI1"' >/dev/radio/pttcymd1 AND PRESS ENTER
6. TURN AIRPLAINE MODE OF, WAIT 10 SEC, TURN ON.
7. ENJOY!

OR TRY to dial in the dialer *#4634# , write imei's in the boxes and confirm.

    Para quem está passando pelo drama de perder o Imei, eu achei um vídeo quevai funcionar.
    Observação prestem atenção no vídeo nos minimos detalhes, para que não haja erro, ele ensina fazer a alteração no modo engenharia, faça exatamente como ele ensinou, observe atentamente um comentario que ele faz com 2:04 do vídeo,pois é muito importante para o sucesso da correção.

    I think its not meant for v1 of the P8000: Besides the fingerprint sensor driver (it contains the driver for the onw in the updated version of the P8000 only), it seems to become unstable over longer running time. It becomes unresponive with high delay even for the on/off button (needs reboot)

    Hi,

    first, i have no Problems with WIFI in this Android 6 Version.

    But I have the problem with IMEI.

    I tried already +#+#3646633#+#+ –> But there is no CDS in Conectivity.

    So I tried your solution: TWRP and root was very easy, but …..

    There is no Box for me.

    Last thing I have tried is to put them into Phone with MTK Droid Tools. But there is no Phone connected … weired..

    Now I am back on 5.1 until anybody knows a solution.

      I had same issue.

      Follow below steps:

      Maui META 3G Tool (CDC drivers Required) (https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....ver-7-1444-0-0/). Also install MTK VCOM USB Drivers (http://forum.xda-developers.co.....rivers-t3264884).
      1. Install "Maui META 3G Tool" on your PC
      2. Open it.
      3. Click "Options".  Connect Smart phone into META mode"
      4. Click on Reconnect button
      5. Switch off your phone
      6. Connect via USB Cable. It tske time to connect your phone with Maui Meta. So wait.. 
      7. Change "Get Version" to "IMEI Download"
      8. Click "Change NVRAM Database file" 
      9. Give file path. (File included in ROM with name "BPLGUInfoCustomAppSrcP_MT6735_S00_MOLY_LR9_W1444_MD_LWTG_MP_V79_P7_1_lwg_n".
      10. Select "BPLGUInfoCustomAppSrcP_MT6582_S00_MOLY_WR8_W1315_ MD_WG_MP_V5_1_wg_n"
      11. Type both IMEI numbers
      12. Click "Download to flash"
      13. Click "Upload from flash"
      14. Close the IMEI Download Tab
      15. Disconnect
      16. Switch on the phone.

    No CDS.
    copied the MP0B_001 from 5.1 with IMEI to 6.0
    Now it works :-)

    I have elephone P8000 6.0 USA with android 6.0 and have tried with all the programs of rootear and could not have had if anybody has the same problem or has the solution
