The greatest rom that i have ever used Based on lollipop 5.1.1 but the rom is not prerooted please help us to root it
Finally Succesfully Rooted This PACMAN ROM (5.1.1 by TRT) BY Supersu v2.46.zip. Flash this zip file into your Twrp 3.0.0.0 recovery for this rom only.

Yes firstly i am also having these problems with MTK Mobile uncle tools failure.
So you Need to root your phone first then flash the recoverytwrp3000nice.img With [ROOT] Rashr – Flash Tool .apk.
