    For me there is no difference, I install first one from recovery mode–> install zip, the without trying it our I saw that people say v3 to be best, so i Installed v3 and tried it, call quality is not good, is more loud now but quality of sound is bad… I have many problems with sound of this phone, can't get it to be fixed, have the latest kitkat firmware version (7 may) and camera is not good in indoor also, can't find any working fix for sound at least so I think to buy Meizu M2 Note and sell this one… I fell helpless..

    tested all 4 patches. v3 is much loud then other. it works good until I start video recording with stock camera app. after that, only upper mic is active and people from other side cant hear me. if I turn upside down phone during phone call and start to speak, I can clearly hear my voice cause upper mic is active! kill camera app doesn't help. I have to reboot phone every time after video recording. realy frustating. btw. sound quallity isn't better, just much louder then before.
