ROM install:
- Unpack FlashTools in the ROM , and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
UNCHECK PRELOADER if your LOADER is OK!
DON'T TRY THIS ROM ON OTHER DEVICES.
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I tested this version on my Single SIM phone also. It is the Single SIM version buuuuuut… see below.
If you flash the entire image onto the phone it will not start.
"USRDATA" is missing from the scatter file (Don't select it, because it won't work anyway).
You have to uncheck the PRELOADER option also (it is broken), if your actual version works fine, otherwise your phone will not start and only the Philips logo will appear. I tested this several times, so don't flash this PRELOADER, if you want to avoid a headake.
Attached you will find some printscreens also for both of the classical flash version from MTK.

Hello Razor, did you find a solution, because i have the same issue, i tried all the roms and nothing works well with the signal.
when i try to call or send an sms… suddenly, the signal crashes. and even the data connection not working even when i manualy configured it.
