Phoenix Vibe 1604 ST

Author adMember Info

Here's a ROM based on the VibeUI 3.0 ROM for K3 Note (1605 ST). Still on Android 5.1.

Sorry, this is not multilanguage, only English and Chinese because this is a Chinese K3 Note ROM.

LED works and Double Tap to Wake Works.

This is basically the 1604 ST ROM with some of my modifications to make it a bit smoother.

- Basic Google integration is present (Play Store)
- Some bloat/Chinese apps removed
- Dolby Atmos added
- Rooted
- Lenovo Apps added (Music, FM, Video Player)
- Added some themes to the Theme Center (check Personal -> Theme)
- Added a ROW Lenovo Weather Widget that enables weather from places other than China
- Some others

Hi. 1604 Dev still had some few bugs. This one is based on the 1604 Stable version of Vibe UI 3.0. It also fixes some bugs found in the DEV version.

    why  no phoenix 6.0?

Until I get a stable Marshmallow 6.0 source, I will not release one. If I get a good source then I guess I can try to make one.

How to flash it ? Is there some precaution or we can do it as we flash other normal ROM's using custome recoveries (TWRP/CWM)?

    Yes, indeed. Thanks!

I wiped cache, dalvik cache and factory reset using CWM. Flash went well but after i reboot the phone, it is stuck at Phoenix logo and screen is lightened Up. what to do next?

This is working fine now, after attempt 2 :)

Use AIO Flashtool and install a ROM that is for Flashtool. For example K50-T5 Ru55 version. What rom was on the phone before You tried this one? Cache Dalvik cache is not enough. And why the hell on Earth do everyone allwasy a F***ing Factory reset? Its a bad habit, do NOT do that! If You want to make for sure: Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache, System and Internal storage (if you have two shown, then the upper one only) and after this You are ready to go. But most of the time the 3 ground wipes are enough before rom flashing (Cache, Dalvik and System).

    LED notifications do not work.

@singhrakhu, reflash the rom.  Wipe Factory reset, then advance wipe select system, data, dalvik cache, & cache, install rom.  it takes 10 to 15 mins. to boot.  All working good to me, with LED & D2wake.

@PorchopMiyer, Thank you for the very good and smooth rom.  Keep up the good work.

Aren't you the one posting the other vibe roms? Thank you for trying this. If it doesn't work for you I am sorry.

Maybe you can make better VibeUI roms so congratulations.

Reflash rom but with Data wipe in advanced wiping method. So wipe these: Cache, Data, Dalvik and System. Then flash this rom. Or if this doesnt work, then make a factory reset at first step.

PorkchopMiyer make one of the best and stable stock roms with great modifications, so please keep this in your mind. The roms that Lenovo is building are junk anyway.
