This a real Android 4.4 for Lenovo A800

i got bug about battery meter (show 100% after a few of charging), and sadly i cannot manage storage because phone and internal storage had a same name in setting>storage. Use Rotex i got hard to find sdcard1 sdcard0 mounted, does 4.4 didn't have vold.fstab in system>etc folder?
