Instructions
- move the rom in your sd
-Full wipe (data /cashe/dalvik cash/)
-install the rom(flash the zip rom)
-wipe dalvik cashe
- reboot to system > apply root
first boot will be long
enjoy

Had no problem installing, and so far no problems using it. I will post here if I encounter any problems with it 
Experiencing graphical bugs while phone is powered down and charging ( battery image is flipped). Also, when I boot into recovery mode my image is also flipped. I will post if I notice battery problems.
Cannot sync with google calendar, contacts, or games. My achievment are showing in google play, but when I enter the game it doesen't sync, so i have to start from 0.
It looks and feels really really nice, but I keep discovering more and more bugs
I will have to revert to stock ROM
