With this archive you can revive your V3+ if you tick the option preloader when you flash a rom with the flash tools. This preloader.bin is from a backup of the v06 rom.
The credits are for:

Do you have installed all the drivers. Try to install the V04 rom in the sp with the preloader untick and if it doesn't work try to do it with the preloader tick. FLASH WITH FIRMWARE UPGRADE IN THE SP FLASH TOOLS
