Power off the phone pres and keep pressing volume – and connect the usb cable.

install fast boot drivers, then run 8916_fastboot_all_images.bat

your phone might start in test mode (mine did but i f*** it up realy good had to repartition it)

I download this file from a russian site and manage to fix my phone with them i hope who needs a fix for PSP5454DUO will find them usefull.
