   why is the ROM size so large , arent ROMS usually 300 mb max??? is this real?

   there are three types of roms. 1) Scatter based rom , the package will include a scatter file which you can flash using SP flash tools. 2) Bootable roms that you can flash through a custom recovery but you'll have to root your phone for that. 3) Bin roms , the type of rom thats available here. You will need MKT droid tools to flash this type of bin file. I don't know about the validity of the file but I've learned this so far and I'm going to try to use it. Correct me if I'm wrong on this information.
