Installation:
- Recovery twrp at least version 2.8.4.0
- Copy the firmware to the sd card
- Make sure to backup by TWRP
- Go to recovery and perform these points:
- Wipe dalvick
- Wipe cache
- Wipe Data
- Wipe system
- Install the zip
- Wipe the secure-android

Question.. Y after i update my Redmi 1 Stable V8.2.1.0.. No Launcher appear

Same problem. Versions V8.2.3.0 and V82.1.0 do not have the launcher. In version V8.0.1.0, all right. The patch does not help. What could be the problem?

question, i have the HM1W the first redmi running on miui v5 with 4.4.2 android
i have the twrp 2.5.0.0 it works fine everything is rooted. but when i update to any latest version of twrp example the 2.8 version it will not work I cannot even get in to the twrp recovery anymore. Im using the mobileuncle tools to flash the twrp before that i went to the twrp 2.5.0.0 and flash it there it will not work at all.
I am suspecting that the HM1W (first redmi) only support twrp 2.5.0.0 and not anymore the latest version. let me know that this ROM MIUI 8 is only for the Redmi 1S.
