Do you know if any ROMs for Redmi Note works fine in TCL S720? Are fully compatible?
No, you have to port them, but they are the most compatible i have tried. The main issue i had is the green camera so you have to replace all the camera files.

This ROM is for Redmi Note WCDMA and is translated into spanish, and I would like to port to TCL S720.
Could you be kind enough to tell me what files I need to change? Maybe only the one called camera.apk?
