Filemanager and sound & notification setting did't work , and sometimes screen operating is laggy , feel like that the UI can't follow your finger . I come across this situation in every CM12.1 rom.
use the steps
sound and notifications will work
Closing the selinux setting can solve the sound and notification promblem , but the filemanager still can not be solved , and the CM12.1 still laggy.
Also there seems to be a battery drain on my phone !!
