I tried with other recoverys and the same mistake. I tried to install the CM13 to test and does not happen this error

Only see 2.95gb of total internal memory!!
the memories are divided into two. “Internal storage” and “internal storage memory.” one with 2.95gb for apps and the remaining storage. It happens that this ROM just can not see the “internal storage” only 2.95gb can see. and the rest just do not see. and all files stored in the not to see. certainly will bug the memory. It does not happen in other ROMs. already installed cm13.1, octos, minimal etc etc etc and no case. I appreciate your help Mitel
