You have to be on a firmware that has the new partition layout(merged partitions). If you are on kitkat, use the nubia updater tool to update your phone to lollipop.
– You need to have a TWRP 3.0.2 installed. You can find the tool to install it here: [URL="https://www.needrom.com/download/z7-max-all-in-one-tool-v1-1-0/"]needrom[/URL] (Thanks to tigreos) . Otherwise, you can download it from my folder on mega and flash it.
1. Download the rom and gapps (i prefer opengapps/pico).
2. Copy the files to your phone's internal storage or sd card.
3. Wipe cache,dalvik,system,data.
4. Flash the rom, and then flash gapps.
5. Reboot and enjoy.
If you want to have f2fs filesystem for /data and /cache(currently only my rom supports this), you need to flash my recovery from the mega folder and format your /data and /cache partitions to f2fs before installing my rom.
Changelog and comments will be provided in the xda thread, but every version will be available for download from the mega folder.

hello thank you it's a good rom but i have a little problem, it's impossible to have data in 3G or 4G on sim two?
i can not complete download.Page crashes at 48 % then get an message that Mega wants to store many things on my comp.Go to hell!!
That's your response to people donating their time for free in order to improve your smartphone experience, again without asking for anything in return. You should go to hell, with your malware infested machine, which surely was a product your your idiocy and incompetence. Mega is one of the most easy sites to download files from, and one of the safest. If you are not capable of the simple task of downloading from there, you dont deserve to use this rom anyways.
You must create an account on mega and place to get everything down.

looks like very nice rom
BUT google contacts not syncing.
in settings accounts the google account is there.
i was able to recover contacts via t backup
but when adding new contact the only place i can save i local phone (not even to sim)
what is up or what did i do incorrectly? used open g apps as suggested.
is there a way to record phone conversations in this ROM?
For contact sync, you have to give permission(or revoke it and then give it back to the google contact sync app). I did not have to do it in my last builds, but it maybe necessary some times. For call recording, you can use an xposed module called cm settings to enable it, or use a third party app.
Turns out that gapps other than open works to gave contact sync . open gapps seems not to work in RR. Now with call history fc when system not English.
