I accomplish your goal over firmware ios8
On the face caught immediately noticeable disadvantages:
Keyboard (you can not adjust the response of vibro keys and characters such as comma or have to look for because they are not present in the set of letters.)
Lower Control Panel (it simply was not able to push as usual and locked)
Font (in some applications of the curve is displayed)
Manager running applications (searched and did not find how to kill processes in the style of iOS. Tried to clamp keys individually – to sense 0.)
Settings (could not find the equalizer sound)
As well as fines: Russification of the curve in some places, flies antutu benchmark, no sound unlock and disconnect USB cable
There are still flaws, but they did not focus attention

why is it that it didn't work in my gionee s5.1
i just flash it using twrp . im in bootloop rightnow im trying to recover my backup nut its takin me too long is it necessary to wipe cache & dalvik before flashing any of those roms?
