Back-up apps and data first

copy the downloaded rom on sd card

power off phone

boot your phone cwm recovery (vol up + power on)

in cwm recovery wipe the following

- Wipe data

- Wipe cache partition

- Wipe dalvic cache (in advance tab)

then go back

select install zip from sd card

select choose zip from sdcard select the rom and install
