I was searching for 2 weeks for this rom. Now i get it. 
HDC Galaxy S4 Spark – Android 4.2.9
Version: JDQ39.I9500ZSUAMDE1_GT_I9500_V01_08052013
Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " click download "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable. put battery
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hello,
I Flash my HDC S4 Spark with this ROM but the CAM not work. When I open the CAM, show me this message: "Can't connect to camera".
What can I do???

becarefull people camera wont work with this rom, be aware
if camera is not working, you could download a stock rom camera app from google play.
front camera dosnt work back one does. ive installed a stock rom and still not working
