The site has been up an android version 4.3. It was an application Backup. Now I put this on android, and I want to restore the backup. Someone help that you need? What you need to install? Which folder is the backup?

When I installed the ROM it looked so cool but when I dail a number to call my friend the screen turns black and a message displayed on screen “Unfortunately com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly” please someone help me. Anyone else also has the same problem or it is only happening to me. Plz help.
