Here is backup of chinese S4 9502 whith mt6572 on board
Seems it's not fully functional, because when i flash it, phone powers on but got no IMEI and baseband is unknown (can't repair)
As long as the is no other rom on this devise, i post it here for EMERGENCY purposes ONLY!
Do not flash it if you phone is working!
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
PEASE if your phone have same rom or you flashed it and phone goes normal (making call etc) let me know!

Did you try rooting the phone with droid tools because after you root it, you can write your IMEI # with droid tool kit.
you can try it, i do not not know if it will give sucess for you.
go to the phone and text *#*#889988#*#* and if you phone reply with a new menu called Text Mode, simple go back to enter in Enginner Mode, than you can see the menu GPRS. go there and see if have the option Write IMEI, by now you have to have the imei number of your phone in hands, remove before the (batery) and take the number. turn to this menu write the correct imei, and reboot the phone and good luck. with me on the start goes good, but by now i've tryied to install a bootimage on my Galaxy S4 replic and bricked it.
