If you have worked recovery, flash only system.img, logo.bin and nodl_secro.bin (have to be manually selected in flashtool). Otherwise you risk softbrick your phone.
After flash enter engineer mode (dial *#*#3646633#*#*), go to GPRS menu and write your IMEI (below battery)
