WARNING : Make sure you backup all your data + apps b4 doing this steps
Go to Setting > Device tab > Advance Settings > Memory Partition > select option
if appear some Vietnamese window, just click RIGHT for Yes. Then OK
Later, Reboot to Recovery…
Then, Delete all User Data & reboot…
