We introduce you to the Salamander ROM, for Jiayu G4S, G5S and S2. We have improved and optimised the whole code so as to gain smoothness and stability so that the Android experience on your device is fast and complete.

Could TF make an installer/ zip with some versions of modem (signal) for users to try and get there proper modem for there country and frequency??

My previous rom was SPAOSP. Trying upgrade to Salamander but on installation process seems to be problem with touch sreen. Do I need to make something else to install Salamander Rom?

Erfae: on installation process I cannot click next it seems like screen is moved, do I need to install new graphic driver? My recovery is carliv touch recovery v2.5

Damn ! Wow ! That ROM rocks ! after i had many different ROMS on my G5S 2+16 I found the best ROM ive ever had !! I already updated it to 1.2
Very Smooth, Fast and Stable. Also nice Design and smart system without that many bloatware.
Batterylife is also very improved ! next days I will try the GPS Navigation …
Flashing this ROM was really easy. Before flashing I backup my IMEI. after flashing everything works, but my IMEI was lost :-/ so with MTK Droid Tools I replaced the "invalid IMEI" to the real IMEI number for both SIM slots – everything works fine now.
A big Thanks to the developers ! I will donate you when everything works fine … but I think so !

  …yes GPS works like nearly on every ROM…not so good. but a little bit better. but i didnt try the EPO fix…maybe thats the problem ?!
  but battery is very very good ! best i ever had ! ..i am very happy about this rom ! everything works fine, also camera-quality is improved ! the camera apk is a better one.
  i love this salamander rom. cant believe that there will be an increasement ^^
  ..GPS…i need to try it with epo fix, maybe then it will be works better.
  with 20141031 4.4.2 the GPS works nearly perfect – but not 100% perfect…its an hardware problem on mediatek-phones, so the best developer never will fix GPS Problem at MTK devices.

This ROM is f**g awesome!
the only thing isn's working is my SD card
It says " SD card share the same disk with OS"
How can I activate my SD card!
I can't move any apps to SD
Can anyone help?

Very nice, running well. Bricked my g4s twice before by other roms. Only hint, couldn't boot to recovery to install update 1.2. Solution via mobiluncle and g4scarliv by navigating with power button. Everything working, GPS keeps a MTK issue. 5/5.
