DESCRIPTION
The file available here is a modified stock boot.img for the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Model: SM-S820L.
I thank Assayyed over at XDA Developers forum for his program Assayyed Kitchen. This modded boot.img would not have been possible without it.
Tweaks Included In This BOOT.IMG
ADB Enabled in Kernel
init.d Support in Kernel
DM-VERITY Disabled
FORCE-ENCRYPT Disabled
SePolicy Patched
I have tested these boot.img's myself on my SM-S820L via ODIN. I have not encountered any issues with either kernel.
Included in the ZIP file linked above is a TAR_MD5_PACKAGER which can be used to make a .tar and .tar.md5 from the boot.img included.
The second ZIP file listed has one more Tweak included.
Additional Mod in 2nd Zip's Kernel
- ADB Root Direct Enabled
This feature is enabled in another boot.img entirely. I did this because it is listed as an experimental feature which could be unpredictable, potentially causing bootloop.
I trust that I will always be able to boot ODIN Mode and just flash a different file that I know works. This may not be entirely true in every case because there is always a way to destroy everything on any given storage media, however, I have flashed all sorts of kernels and ROM's with ODIN(probably about 50 times or more) and in every case I was able to restore everything just like new.
That being said, ODIN is in my opinion the best for pretty much any kind of firmware update or upgrade simply because Plan B is there.
I recommend ODIN as it makes things less complicated in my opinion but if you have a preferred method of flashing boot.img, by all means use it.
As always, backup of your existing boot.img and entire existing OS is a good idea before flashing anything.
Let me know if you have any questions, comments, etc…

Thanks Buddy!
UPDATE!!!!!
Today I flashed my SM-S820L with the boot.img which has the modded Kernel with ADB Direct Root Enabled. It works great!
No Boot Loop or any other issues here. I imagine it will work the same on any other SM-S820L. If you choose to flash this boot.img with a method other than ODIN, which is what I used, please post here with your results so others can read what works and what may cause issues.
Thanks Everyone!
