made from 12.09.13 base rom
There are 2 verisions for download. One with THL boot image and one with Samsung boot image.
***** TESTED ON REV3 *****
Works only on devices with resized data partition to 2.5 or 2.77 GB (To resize use Meteos from here. It needs root.)

flash through CWM recovey
(wipe data/factory reset)
(wipe cache partition)
(advanced—–> wipe dalvik cache)

I think your problem is the size of the data partition. You can try to resize the disk to 2.5 or 2.77 GB with Meteos program you can download it from here, need root. This rom is bigger than stock rom.
Yes its ok give it time if you have bigger data partition than stock. If not it cant boot for sure.
I've already installed a rom which weighs 328mb.. this one weighs 18x.. I don't think thats the problem bro.

By the way. you mentioned it is based on the original s4 rom. If it that way, can't you port kitkat version to our phone? And if not, there is a development ( http://forum.xda-developers.co.....d.php?t=2676086) going on xda for cm11 for mtk6589 phones, will it work on our phone you think?
It will not work. It has to be ported and we need to have recovery for kitkat.
It needs a lot of work. If we would have stock kitkat for our device it would be easy to port almost any kitkat rom.
Oh that's sad. I doubt if we ever get kitkat…

I have changed partitions with meteos app a long time ago and dont recall wich size I've putted but I believe it was the biggest available for w100..
