Update to the latest TWRP for 3100
Boot to TWRP by holding Power and Vol Up until the Samsung screensplash disappears (Not while charging or connected to PC)
BACKUP YOUR CURRENT ROM
Select Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Select (top 4)
Select Wipe > Swipe to Factory Reset
Reboot to Recovery (Optional but I like to)
Install Lineage ROM zip
Wipe Dalvik
Reboot
ROM already contains SuperSu. For support use the XDA Forum link. Install Gapps AFTER initial setup.
Known issues: Root (Su) is off by default, enable in Developer options.
