     To solve black screen issue replace the lk.bin, boot.img, recovery.img with the same ones in the archive "ROM 1 – HDC S7 MMB29M – Update 02/08/2017" of this thread:

     https://www.needrom.com/downlo...../hdc-s7-mmb29m/ (you need to be logged to see the rom)

     Flash the archives with SP Flash Tool:
     Install the original rom posted in this thread (Format all + Download option, wait until it finish) and then choose only the three archives in the other rom and install them with Download Only option.
