NOTE:
* This is a TWRP backup by v3.0.0-3 (most recent version), so flash TWRP v3.0.0-3 if you don't have it before flashing this rom.
* I have provided the flashable zip file for the TWRP in case you need it. Just install it via your current custom recovery.
Installing Instructions:
- Download the rom zip and EXTRACT it
- Copy the folder "TWRP" into INTERNAL MEMORY
- Boot into TWRP Recovery *Do not wipe anything*
- Go to Restore > Select Storage > Select internal memory > OK
- Select the "SLICK-1613-ROW-SHENGE" Package > Swipe to restore
- Wait till it completes > Reboot system… Done!

@Shenge number blacklist doesn't work for some reason which is located in the phone app. Is it broken in the official 1613 ROM or is it broken due to uninstallation of some app?
@Shenge: thx for the effort of making this roms, I tried several 6.0 roms but with every one the notification and quick settings toggle wont work. There are also no symbol in the left upper bar. Swiping only works in the lock screen. Maybe you got any ideas?
They work in s422 in lockscreen.
@Shenge – Even I got recovvery version 2.8.7 Athlon from 3.0.0.2 that I had before installing the files I downloaded from your links – I tried both the files and I got the same result.
Any ideas?

I have repacked with the correct recovery (TWRP 3.0.0-2) and uploaded again.

looks like you have to use chrome broswer to download. i was trying to use windows 10 edge, but i was not able to download. now with chrome, it is downloading.
What about free ram and antutu benchmark , which one is better between slick 1613 or slick s422 ?
1613 is better in my opinion.
Free ram > 1100~1200+ MB
Antutu 48.5k+ on first boot
Another ROM with the crappy dialer. Its uses the tiny contact photos on a large screen phone.
Please use s422 which uses full screen caller photo.
Shenge – how to get all LED notifications working, i have enaled all in options and still that doesn't help for e.g Whatsapp.
In App notification management – if i enable any app to show keyguard notification- it goes away after i set it up and exit from there. It's a bug to look at!
It's not a bug.
It's just that the ST and DEV roms do not have that feature.
You can use official ROW roms (s422, s322, s205, s121 etc.) or CM 12.1 v5 for this feature.
