The Supportsite was long Time offline, thats why i share this Rom and Tools here
If it is online you can find the downloads on the botton of the Site…
For root you can use Kingroot 4.50 this version got not to much bloatware inside but still gives you rootacces… ill tryed to replace it with SuperSUme, different versions but none of them worked for me but as i sayed bevore Kingroot 4.50 works ok and you can unistall the purify bloatware without problem…
There are few usefull settings you can make there inside like increase the time you have to allow or deny rootacces to maximum 30 seconds!
Further you can install Xposed Framework addet here and if you have problems with wifi connection i couldnt found a working Fix for me but i found a WORKAROUND to Fix this Problem. Basically you have to install a Programm on your Windows PC which let you share you PC Internet Connection to your Phone it is called "MyWIFIRouter_setup.exe", the Programm is Freeware and the needed Settings are quied easy to make, its allso added here…
I made a Package with all you need to update/root or just reflash the Originalrom…whatever

sorry i missed your question… in the download is a tool included called PhoenixSuite you should open it as administrator, point to your selected firmware, then shut down/power off your tablet in the moment you connect your tablet via usb (drivers should be installed bevore) the update starts automaticly and after finish it will reboot with new firmware. a detailed descryption should be allso inside the dowload, i think inside smartbook s 7 folder.
the power on and + or – should work (first push and hold + or -) power on and hold booth buttons until recovery is booted!
I know it's been a while since this was posted but I've got a huge major problem.
To keep things short: I have no access to a booted up OS and I didn't modify anything. I need to install the stock firmware but the zip doesn't seem to be certified for the device. Any idea what I did wrong?

The problem is the FW is for RK3026 Chip an not for 3126 that the S10Q has. I asked the Smartbook support but they dont want to send me the right FW.
