To Install, you need this Install-tool. Other Tools are: " RK_Android_Tool_2.3.9 " or " RockChip Batch Tool "  or  other programs.

Bug?:

Maybe there is a Bug in this ROM? My device does not fully shutdown.
What i did: I press shutdown button. See the message: "is shuting down". After a Second: black Screen.
Whats the problem: I thought the Device is now complete off. But: the battery is complete empty after a few hours. I've tested lots of times; also tested with factory-reset. My battery is not the Problem.
My personal Hardware Workaround / Fix: I added (solder) a mini switch button before the battery. I made a hole in the cover/case for this switch.
Maybe this is just my problem on my personal device. But i wanted to warn you before installing. I can't compare to before update (because i haven't used the tablet with old android version 4.4). Everthing else are ok: starting or restart the device. ( A fully discharged battery will stress the battery (= lower Battery life / cyles). ).
