ONLY MT6592 + 2G Ram + 16G rom + 1920×1080 + Dual sim
If you want flash this rom others than Star and you've problem of camera you can try this method:
Replaced the file "LK.bin" with this "LK.bin"
In FlashTools should be Only : UBOOT, BOOTIMG, RECOVERY, SEC_RO, LOGO, and ANDROID.
After click download, plugged in your phone without the battery, and let it run through the colored bars of destiny.

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Front camera fixed with SPMultiportFlashDownload ( put in same directory 4.4.2 scatter file and 4.2 lk.bin ) ; my drivers was ov8825_mipi_raw , JL_9555B1_v2and gc2235mipi_raw . Guess each manufacturer use different cameras , so you need to match the drivers . Also rooted with VRoot and SuperSU

Can you provide slightly detailed instruction on how to achieve this. Latest update I only have front camera – no rear camera.
Sorry .. worked it out .. copied lk.bin from 20140616 into the 20140827 folder and flashed again but unticked everything except for UBOOT so that lk.bin would flash and now I have back and front cam working .. plus 13mpx if I want it !!

Anyone else having issues with ANTUTU on the newest version ? .. it crashes everytime on mine – all other apps and features are 100% fine.
Also having battery issues now. If I reboot or shut down and restart the battery reports 1% charge and has to be charged. Anyone seeing this problem ? its happening on my G9000 running this ROM, but batteries in my 2nd unit running 4.2.2 are OK and if I swapthem over it still says 1%.

Hola , soy de argentina y hace 1 mes mas o menos me compre en china un g9000 mt6592 supuestamente con 2gb de ram 16 de memoria, lo que quisiera saber es si este kk 4.4.2 va a funcionar en mi dispositivo desde ya muchas gracias
Sí, funciona de perlas, pero antes de flashear te aconsejo que Rootes el teléfono con android 4.2.2 y hagas una copia del IMEI.
Si no sabes hacer el root ni la copia, te dejo un mini tutorial
:
·Para Rootear:
1- Descarga el "ES File Explorer".
2- Descarga e instala del Framaroot 1.9.3 o superior:

3- Instalas y das a cualquiera de las opciones que salen hasta que te salga un mensaje con una carita así:
y una frase. (prueba con todas)
4- Reinicia el Teléfono.
5- Descargar "Root Checker" en la play store y verificar si tienes acceso root
·Para hacer la copia del IMEI:
1- Con "ES File Explorer" das a unas líneas arriba a la izquierda y bajas hasta que veas la opción de "Explorador Root".
2- Vas a la carpeta raíz dandole arriba a esto "/" (sin comillas).
3- Carpeta "data" y buscas la carpeta "nvram", ésta es la carpeta donde esta el imei del teléfono tanto en la rom 4.2.2 como en la 4.4.2.
4- NO COPIES LA CARPETA TAL CUAL, Mantén Pulsado en ella y dale a "Comprimir", este paso es para que los archivos ocultos de la carpeta no se pierdan y tenerlo todo con un simple "click" :3.
5- Una vez comprimida la carpeta, copias el archivo "nvram.zip" a la tarjeta SD y Ya.
6- Ya puedes flashear tranquilo :3 y si se te borra el IMEI por cualquier razón (porque a mi me pasó) te aparecerá lo siguiente: Sin Servicio incluso cuando has insertado ya la tarjeta SIM, pues para solucionarlo copias el archivo "nvram.zip" a la carpeta "data" de antes y lo descomprimes ahí, reinicias el teléfono y ya.
Bueno y otra cosa, para rootear el teléfono con 4.4.2 te va a resultar casi imposible, así que BUSCA MI COMENTARIO EN LA PÁGINA 3 DE ESTE POST, ahí dejé un tutorial de como rootearlo y un recovery como el TWRP mas o menos, úsalo

After upgrade of the firmware I have problem with my display. When I start my phone I watch only rows on my display.

Have the same problem as You. it looks like system is running correctly but have problems with supporting display. do you have some solution for this problem ?
I Flashed this ROM yesterday, and…
- I needed to use a Win7 PC because XP had severe issues recognising the device and properly installing the device ("Inf file invalid")
- It must be flashed using the "Update" option because the "Just Download" one has problems with the partition scheme; I suggest not to use the "Format and Dowload" option because that's what I did and my IMEI are messed up.
- Rom is NOT ROOTED, looks like the only way to root it is using RootGenius (I tried every other method)
- FRONT CAMERA NOT WORKING

- Not even RootGenius can ROOT this son of a ….
Hey its easy to root the g9000 all you need to do is look up framaroot on your phone download it and run on your phone don’t need a PC at all would love to find a way to overclock this monster CPU to 2.0ghz
