Hi, to solve the bootloop after Welcome animation do this
1)Open Mtk Droid Tools 2.5.3
2) Connect your N3+
3) When recognized, click on "reboot" and choose to reboot in recovery mode
4)Choose wipe and do the 3 wipes (factroy, cache and dalvik)
5) Reboot phone et voilà! It works!
