Can you tell me how to fix this error when trying to mount to USB. "Unable to write to ums lunfile (No such file or directory)"
try to format the SD card to fat32 under windows. If you still have the same problem try to flash new version of recovery

The "Unable to write to ums lunfile (No such file or directory)" error happens to the internal memory. Also, could you upload the latest recovery.img?
which version of cwmr currently using 6.0.2.8?
Your phone did not have a qHD display? Or you have and the two versions of the N7189 (fwvga and qHD).
I have the v89_jdt1qHD
don't try to flash this rom!!! its for fwvga display!
I have CWMR v5.5.0.4
tonight will upload cwmr 6.0.2.8
I forgot to mention that this recovery is for phones with qHD display!!!
I am still unable to mount internal memory.
