Install ROM:
Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
And green circles display
Finish !
You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

mi problema es que el driver de la pantalla de mi celular no aparece en el sp_multiport, ya probe con todos los drivers que trae esta rom, pero con todos me queda la pantalla de color blanco

si la camara falla Pero solo Tienen Que USAR EL sp_multiport dowload la versión 3.1304 y LUEGO seleccione lcd y el sensor y Cambian principal sensor by: ov8825_mipi_raw y lo demas dejan como esta y listo el hermoso n9389 Funcionando al 100%
Another workaround if you cant use SP MDT to work.
This rom is correct. Only thing you need to do is to use the SP MDT provided up there to chpange the "main sensor" from "ov7675_yuv" to "ov8825_mipi_raw", the rest leave it alone and close the program. Then use SP flash tool (recommanded version SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1248.0.96) to flash back the rom. This version has no problem in flashing back this rom. The camera will be working again.
estoy intentando meter la rom con sp multi port, sigo todos los pasos, pero al darle al START ALL, se ponen todos los puntos aazules, excepto el com1 y com2 que se ponen en rojo, conecto el telefono, sin la bateria, y no hace nada, y abajo me sale un error: no bootrom USB port was found! COM3 is not a Bootrom(preloader) USB port.Auto polling number:0. me podrian ayuar? gracias. un saludo
