ROM Install :

Unpacked driver installation and install.
To unpack SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1252.1.104.zip run Flash_tool.exe
Select a the in scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
Click Flash_tool.exe interface Firmware-> Upgrade

Connect the data cable
Brush finished with green circles appears

2: Download custom card brush ROM copied to the third step of the external SD card root directory: turned off one end of the phone, data cable, one end of the computer’s port. While holding down:
Power button + volume button to enter the recovery Brush mode, clear user data and cache, and then enter the card brush options Brush can.

you must install the driver before you connect the device.
turn off the device, remove the battery, attouch the device and start the installation driver.
After disconnect the device, leave disconnected. run flashtool select scatter and select ONLY recovery.
Click download and accept with yes.
when in down of tools appears Searcing, connect the phone without the battery.
Com 16 or similar is showed and the cwm is loaded.
After, insert the battery turn on the phone normally.
Copy the zip of this rom in sd card and turn off the phone.
turn on with volume + and power button and go in sd, select the file and install this.
the phone is goung to restart and the rom is installed.
But the key are only in chinese and othe word are in chinese. some application is present only in chinese.

Install with SP MDT:

Unpack the archive SP_MDT_exe_v3.1304.00_A2013.02.26_customer6589.rar and archive with the ROM

1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.

2). Remove the battery and insert it again

3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device

4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.

5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe

6). Choose Database Factory menu> Configuration File data source and specify the file MTK_DATABASE.mdb (it is in the folder SP_MDT).

7). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).

8). Click File and select the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).

9). (The most important.) Many complain that the phone after flash based MT6589 "fall" camera (front or rear), the display does not work properly (shows nothing, tilt, brightness bad , wrong color, etc..) The thing is that the manufacturer changes the device over time. Different batches of devices can be different matrix of the camera, the display controller different. To account for these situations uboot firmware file includes all drivers possible (at the time of insertion) for the cameras and the display device specific. All you need to do – is to specify the correct front sensors and a rearview camera and a display controller faithful (see screenshot at the end of the manual). SENSORS not prescribe NAMES CHOOSE THE RIGHT hand only BY GETTING sensor button. N9589 for 99% of the need to choose this options:

Main sensor = ov8825_mipi_raw (back to camera),  Sub sensor = ov3660_yuv (front), LCD = RX_572OTM_501A (display)

10). The other parameters are fixed, as in the screenshot below.

11). Click "Start all".

12). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer, remove and insert the battery and reconnect it to the computer.

13). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.

14). Completed.

steps:

copy this MT6589-SupperRoot-by-ydss.cn.zip to you EXTERNAL sd card and now reboot recovery…..

now in your custom recovery you can root your device, now,… be advice this recovery is inchinesse but it is very user friendly, so now in the recovery press the first left buttom, it will display the content in your external sd card, since this is touch recovery just scroll down until you find your MT6589-SupperRoot-by-ydss.cn.zip then click it, it will appear a menu and at the bottom a bar like unlock screen in android, just slide it from left to rigth that will install the superRoot and root explorer, after that just reboot your phone with the rigth key on screen and voila!! you now have your phone rooted

 
SOORY I FORGOT TO TELL YOU INSIDE THE FOLDER COMES CUSTOM RECOVERY, SCATTER FILE AND SP FLASH TOOL YOU FIRST NEED TO FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY WITH SP FLASH TOOL, THEN YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE WITH THE STEPS TO ROOT, THANKS
