How to flash:

In Recovery:

Reducing UI Lag:
Settings > Developer Options > Select "Animation OFF" on this settings :

- Transition animation scale
- Animator duration scale

how to remove google search widget from the desktop?
I have installed QHD version and I got a white screen. The fwga version says 4.1.1.
Just install any other auncher, the Stock Android Pure Launcher have the Search bar in the top of screen.
Proximity sensor calibration is missing !
