ROM STAR S9500 – ROM Android 4.2.1
Official STAR S9500 Version: v89_jbla768_asx_20130515
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support : Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

This stock rom is not rooted and has no CWM. Could anyone change that?

I have no idea how to do it, but rooting is SIMPLE.
use the moto tools and it takes 2 seconds.
It would be great if someone makes a custom rom for it, removing the horrible launcher and adding nova, or any other launcher.
The original rom is a bit buggy, hopefully with those drivers will be easy to make up a custom one or adapt the N9500 one.
I have a s9500 but when I format with flashtool, it gives me error dram.
you know how to fix this problem?

My S9500 have two main problems…
1. After some time/use keyboard become unresponsive (and I need to push with my finger many and many and many times before it will pop up but it would pop out unexpectedly too). To solve the problem I can only reboot the phone. The problem happens with stock keyboard but also with other app (thumb keyboard and swift keyboard for example)
2. Some app (twitter, dropbox, etc etc) lose logon info and I need to enter it again
Can someone tell me if these problems are in this rom too?

No consigo flasear la room, me da error brom error: s_com_port_open_fail (1013), y no consigo salir de ahí……si alguno sabe algo, lo agradeceria, saludos.
