   i dont know but i think the glass will be cheaper than the digitizer so i suggest to start with that

   the problem is that i didn't find where to buy a glass

   but i find where to buy a digitizer it cost almost half the price of the phone

     Solution to the problems of touch: Abri the phone and I noticed that the touchscreen connector located on the top of the phone will let go very easily. It seems that the ensambler slash and goes a little. Tegais Comprobazlo which that problem. Connect it and close it carefully.

   I had the same issue i tried several rom updates didn’t help but i got solution for mine maybe it will work for you also. open up the phone by removing the screws the back frame still being held by clips carefully with a flat tool pry it open you will see two connectors one on the left and one at the speaker disconnect both but be careful the volume and the power button glued with a sticky tape to the frame in the slut try to lift the whole panel out then you will see at the top connections the soldering covered with tape remove the tape and with a fine point soldering iron resolder those connections before completely reassemble the phone put tape back on the soldering points and under the speaker where originally was only a little pad reassemble the phone and hope for the best that this was your problem !I think those soldering points are too weak from factory which are for either the digitizer or the touch I don't know I didn’t take it further apart

     Hi

     No unfortunately this is the only two available rom I came across and if you search here  for 9920 only no S before then you get one more option that rom also good it keeps all your settings and aps and comes with root manager preinstalled and original splash screen!

   Hello I instaklled this rom but the cellphone has lost the touch calibration, I can't use the menu button and the back button at the bottom of the phone

   I have the same problem with the touch screen and, as I had learned, the problem still on the connector for touch screen. Problably you will need some hability working with hands, but no as much as you maybe think, it's easy if you do it with organization and time to do. Just unscrew the screw from the back of the cell, disassembly carefully all, batery, sim, sd… and disassembly  the back of your phone, and you will se a little connector rear the speaker, maybe you can unplug easily, then, I've putted a little drop of really strong and fine glue, reconnected the touchscreen then and forever more your touchscreen will be right connected. Sorry about my english, I hope it will be understable.

   Same as nexus1973, with this ROM I lost the touch calibration and I cannot operate anymore, please need a fix, it is not the LCD cable as it is well connected and it use to work PRIOR to the installation of this ROM…advice please

   My screen is playing up,the middle and lower section are non responsive.I have reheated soldered joints,made sure all connections are ok,and still the same.I have also reflashed various ROMs and still the same.My conclusion is the screen is at fault.I can get one from China for £17.00,but does anyone know how to fit one.?(I also have no menu or return touch buttons,but home ok)

   Will be grateful for any advice.Thanks
