I am interested in this question too. This is the latest bug, which makes trouble in using this phone for me. I cannot use my hands free in my car!
this is not a standard format zip rom. the file looks like came from a backup file
I also think, it's right. My TWRP-Backup-Files look exactly so like this files. If I restore this files, I loose all data on my phone, isn't it??

This is a .7z file and not a .zip file. How do one go about running it please?
I assume that i have to repack the 7Z file in a regular zip file and then flash it in the recovery.
