With flash CWM or CTR or Plihz Tuoch or TWRP.

1. Copy the ROM to the outermost sdcard.

2. Into recovery by pressing and holding the power button and the volume buttons simultaneously.

3. wipe data

4. wipe cache

5. wipe dalvik cache

6. Select the downloaded ROM

7. reboot
