Welcome to my nexus rom! Few tweaks and requests added to this rom from previous. Rectified previous bugs,
I was opting for a full nexus experience and I think I achieve it. The common Chinese UI etc was just not cutting it for me. Also the irritating UI sounds in lock screen etc…….
This rom is rooted with Supersu apk, BusyBox, EXPOSED FRAMEWORK and all the bloatware and unnecessary apps have been removed (NO CHINESE APPS).
I have added the following:

Google Home Launcher, Google Now, HOT KEY ”OK GOOGLE”, Nexus Calculator, Nexus Messaging with inverted colours, Nexus Dialler with inverted Colours, Nexus Phonebook with Inverted Colours, Nexus 5 Google Keyboard with Personalisation, Nexus Clock, Nexus Calendar, Hangouts, Play Music, Google Device manager(useful app), Google Quick office, Gmail2, Maps, Chrome, flash player, es file explorer, es task manager, fm radio and a few more………….
GPS fix is very fast and the navigation works second to none. Build.prop has also been edited and should give you access to all apps in play store.
I opted for MX Player for the standard video player as it can play any format and has never let me down. ES File explore is also included in the system apps as it lets you explore the root of the phone for customisation. I have added the stock Camera and Gallery and the far superior SUPER camera and Gallery (Excellent quality pictures with endless customization, You won’t be disappointed). You may delete which ever one you do not wish to have. You can use the app in the playstore ROOT APP DETETE To remove the camera you dont want.

Installation instructions:
1: Back up your phone,
Download Zip file(Do not Unzip) Place on internal SD or SD card
2: Do a full wipe of the system, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvic Cache, Wipe data. ( You may get some bugs if you miss this step)
3: Flash with CWM or TWRP
( In recovery choose ''Install Zip from SD or internal SD'')
4: Enjoy!!!!!!!! Reboot phone after Updates installed!!!

Spoiler: As with any custom rom there will always be a risk of BRICKING. I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong with your installation. Please remember to do a full back up of your system prior to installing.
TIP: I noticed a small plastic film in my back camera lens, after I removed this the picture quality was excellent.

Good work ! Some xposed modul working , but the most of them not …
First time the gravitybox worked well ! but after reboot …and not working … 
Try the update hammerhead rom. Just completed it tonight 23/04/14. Very stable. Smooth, no bugs found yet.

I have problem with google play but after reinstall the goolgle play app this problem has gone.
I feel that it is not quite smooth. Anyway I am happy with xposed.

Adding a stock rom in 1 hour. No bugs so far. You can customise it how you please. Enjoy
Try rebooting the phone. Should be smooth after that. I picked a few bugs which I’m working on right now. Try novo launcher. Seems to run smoother. The Google launcher is only suppose to run on kitkat devices but I’m very happy with it. Thank you very much. I’ve got a few ROMs I’m busy with, but will only release them to the people who support my work.

keyboard crashes, play store crashes apps freeze, phone wont restart without removing battery. make sure you have a backup of your nvram and imei numbers as you will loose them when you use this rom. but if you sort the bus out it will be a fab rom

Please specify which ROM. There are a few bugs which we working on, However I have not experienced the bugs you mentioned.
this rom nexus rom i did a full wipe cleared dalvic the rom has the fault some of the stock roms had with restarting afer shut down

No meu thl esta dando erro de instalação abortada no cwm tigerwishpaw, fiz todo o procedimento de wipe cache e factore restore, e deu tela preta. Instalei novamente a rom original. Ajude-me por favor. Obrigado.
In my thl is giving error Installation aborted in cwm tigerwishpaw, did the whole procedure cache wipe and restore factore, and gave black screen. I installed the original rom again. Help me please. Thank you.
Try downloading the new link I just posted on the custom rom. Hammerhead…..
Just tested it its working perfect.
When you install the rom, place it on your internal sd, Then in CWM, click on install zip, Choose from internal SD, and select the rom Hammerhead……
is this already have a video call compatibility or vedio call function? @tigerwishpaw
I don'y quite understand what you after. But no video call at present.
@tigerwishpaw: Thanks for your hard work!!! Can I install the update directly over the old Hammerhead ROM or do I have to wipe anything?
I would do a full wipe to be sure to have no bugs.
