   I have installed the V2.01 and the cameras are not working. In the Hasrdware infor both cameras appear as Unknown. Some one can help me? thanks

   V2.01 is bad version and have many bugs: google play update not working, USB OTG not working etc…. DO NOT UPGRADE this VERSION!

   Either you wait new version either you downgrade it with V1.35. I have done with last one, it works great!

     Many thanks for this message. I've been tormenting myself for a month now, I'm asking Google support questions, and the problem, it turns out, is in the firmware. The only, but very big problem I encountered is that it's impossible to update Google Play Services, and Google Photo, YouTube, Google+, and many other applications do not work with the current version of these Services. I did not check the cameras, OTG and other things, because the tablet was donated to another person.

     And even a windowed (like Windows) mode continuously produces an error message "Failed to create a directory", and when the "Home" button is taped, the message "Already on desktop" pops up every time. And even Phoenix OS is not translated into Russian.

     In Russian: Огромное спасибо за это сообщение! Я уже месяц мучаюсь, достаю вопросами техподдержку Google, а проблема, оказывается, в прошивке. А ёще Windows-подобный режим непрерывно выдаёт сообщение "Не удалось создать каталог", а при нажатии кнопки "Домой" каждый раз вылезает сообщение "Already on desktop".

   2.01 is working but its some port of phoenix 2 os. core 3.18.35 android 7.0. apps update from google store working. display and touch response ok. otg works fine (flash drive). front and back camera ok, works fine. new mode switch – to computer desktop and back to android. launcher3 has bugs, i cannot change – install other launcher from google play or from apk. its blocked by system. i dont like this TOS (teclast os?) update, but can live with. is there any custom multilanguage rooted rom? lineage?

   Hey guys, E3C6 owner here …. If anyone could help me please. I have the tablet for 2-3 days now and my problem is that i can't play videos from sites with external player (MX PLAYER) , i have tried a lot of browsers but no one will ask me if i want to play the video with other player. I have checked the apps settings for browser and mxplayer and the vlear defaults button is grey…I have tried to do an update through the teclastOTA app but it keeps saying "Undiscover new version" . Any suggestion will be much appreciated . Thanks !

   Hello,

   I allow myself to contact you because I have a big problem with my Teclast T10 E3C5 since the last update in V2.01.

   I wish I could go back to the last version (V1.35.) But when I run Flash Tools and I select "scatter-Loading" and search MT8173_Android_scatter.txt in ROM it says "invalid file". I am on windows10 latest version.

   I think I have followed the instructions to install the ROM, can you tell me how you did to install the V1.35. ?

     Hello,Mate. 
     I found out why this is happenning. 
     Just Rename the Name of the folder which contains the scatter file from  "固件程序" to anything you want. 
     Then the scatter file is invalid disappeared.  I sat on this all night. lol.

     Renommez juste le nom du dossier qui contient le fichier de dispersion de "固件 程序" en quelque chose que vous voulez.
     Ensuite, le fichier de dispersion est invalide a disparu. Je me suis assis là-dessus toute la nuit. lol.

   Download and extract
   1) Download latest Rom (Teclast T10) from here
   2) Unzip "T10-E3C5-Android7.0-V1.32-0FCD.rar" in a folder
   3) Rename "升级 程序 .exe" file and "升级 工具" folder to "spflash.exe" file and "spflash" folder (Chinese signs could give issues)
   4) Download from here "TWRP Recovery.zip" and extract to a folder
   5) Download "SR1-SuperSU-v2.82-SR1-20170608224931.zip" from here 

   Flash Stock Firmware (Not essential to install Recovery TWRP and Root SuperSU)
   1) unzip the file "T10-E3C5-Android7.0-V1.32-0FCD.rar"
   2) install the VCOM usb drivers ("driver" folder)
   3) turn off the tablet
   4) if already connected via USB to the PC, disconnect it from any USB port
   5) open the "spflash" folder and start the file (as administrator) "spflash.exe"
   6) open file "MT8173_Android_scatter.txt" located in the "system" folder
   7) from the drop down menu (if it is not already selected), select "Download only"
   8.) press the download button
   9) connect the tablet to the PC via usb
   10) the program starts and writes the files, once finished close the small window with the green check mark and disconnect the tablet

   Install the TWRP and SuperSU
   copy the file "SR1-SuperSU-v2.82-SR1-20170608224931.zip" on a usb stick
   1) turn off the tablet
   2) open the "spflash" folder and start the file (as administrator) "spflash.exe"
   3) open file "MT8173_Android_scatter.txt" located in the same folder where we unzipped "recovery.img".
   4) from the drop down menu (if it is not already selected), select "Download only"
   5) press the download button
   6) connect the tablet to the PC via usb
   7) the program starts and writes the files, once finished close the small window with the green check mark and disconnect the tablet
   8.) press and hold "volume +" and "power" keys simultaneously
   9) a small menu appears with 3 items, to select recovery mode, press the "volume -" button
   10) start the recovery twrp, unfortunately for me, with the offset touch of about 3 cm to the right
   11) click on "keep only"
   12) go to on menu "wipe" and click on "Format data", then go back and click on "Reboot" and then on "Recovery"
   13) once the recovery has restarted, connect the usb stick, through usb-micro usb adapter
   14) click on "install", then on the right on "Select Storage"
   15) select "Usb-Otg", then on "ok"
   16) select the file "SR1-SuperSU-v2.82-SR1-20170608224931.zip" and then swipe to the right to flash
   17) go back to the main menu and click on "Reboot" and then on "System"
   At this point, the device should be rooted.

    You need to warn that you are not publishing an autoinstall firmware, but a bunch of some shit in Chinese, which also does not work!

      Sorry, I found this instruction much later than I encountered the described problem. But for me it remains incomprehensible, why not rename the folders named by hieroglyphs BEFORE publishing the distribution? This would save many martyrs from sleepless nights!
