Install ROM:
ROM Mobile TECNO W4 – ROM Android 6.0
ONLY MT6580
INSTALLWITH SP FLASHTOOL SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1516.00
1.install mtk drivers vcom drivers
2.lauch SP FLASH TOOL .exe v5.1516.00 click load scatter
3.locate MT6580_Android_scatter.txt after loading click download button
4.connect powered off phone to pc a new device will be detected then flashing will start
5.after green circle appears flashing complete disconnect device from pc .
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
i will try this and hopfully it works
Boots up with a corrupt display, please is there any fix for this?
Better Not To Flash This If You Are a user on the new Tecno W4 with September securuty patch,
As will experience Screen Distortion .
This is because of the Touch and Display Drivers used in the old and new kernel are different or not identical
does this rom work well with techno w4 W4-AW875A-A1-M-161010v10
hope the updated rom will solve the issue of display and touch?
