try redownloading and reflashing. tried gps on multiple phones, not just one, perfectly works. include system wipe before flashing

try uninstalling viber, wipe dalvik cache via twrp.
In some kitkat? these roms are for THL T100s only, not for other phones, and all of the bugs have been solved already by this rom
